RE: trying to figure out the themes - AbuelaLoca - 10-02-2017 Ha! I did not notice that. Oh, Lordy... It'll go on the forum to-do list...
trying to figure out the themes - Cammalu - 10-02-2017 I love the pumpkin dweller forum! That's so cute Belinda! Great job. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk RE: trying to figure out the themes - Optimistic Paranoid - 10-02-2017 Well, nobody asked my opinion, but that never stopped me from sharing it before. I like the Sternwake theme on my tablet. But it looks way too weird on a computer monitor. So I believe I will set each one up differently. BTW, take a look at one of my posts in the Sternwake theme. Most of the signature comes through just fine, but part of it doesn't. Not sure what's up with that. As for the Halloween theme . . . Meh! I never cared for that kitschy stuff! Most of these holidays are part of a vast Hallmark conspiracy! Now Millard Fillmore's Birthday - THAT should be a holiday! Thirteenth President of the United States, only one who never married, put the first bathtub in the White House! The mind boggles at how disgustingly filthy the first 12 President's must have been! Instead of holidays we should do some geographic themes. A desert theme, a mountain theme, a beach theme, a deep woods theme . . . RE: trying to figure out the themes - Blacktank - 10-02-2017 you ask and you shall receive,my all new 15nth version of the forest theme i think is about as good as i can get it once again, you can go to the lower right and choose which theme you want to use trying to figure out the themes - Cammalu - 10-02-2017 (10-02-2017, 08:05 AM)Optimistic Paranoid Wrote: Now Millard Fillmore's Birthday - THAT should be a holiday! Dang, that made me wonder how many van-dwellers put a bathtub in their vans???? Maybe those Presidents had some other way to get clean?

I took out the color coding and it was fixed. Halloween... like I said, garish!! LOL I absolutely love the idea of geographic themes!! That's why the forest theme is such a hit!! RE: trying to figure out the themes - Gunny - 10-02-2017 Whoever is doing all this unpaid work deserves a heartfelt pat on the back. Great sense of humor to dedicate one to Sternwake, I actually laughed at that. And to Gary, who had the gumption to start this little hideaway from the real world, a bit of applause. Well, they couldn't stop at a truck stop and pay for a shower there, so I don't know. RE: trying to figure out the themes - AbuelaLoca - 10-02-2017 Bob has a video of a woman with a tub her dad built into her van! Made it look easy, but I'm all about space saving now! I'm good with paying for a shower and laundry facilities every couple of weeks when I *finally* get out there... RE: trying to figure out the themes - Optimistic Paranoid - 10-02-2017 Ever heard of Campaign Furniture? British Officers used to purchase it before going overseas. It was designed to fold up and travel securely. There was actually a folding canvas and wood bathtub. I imagine it looked something like this: |
