Smile  Hello Jim and Welcome.  I'm on my 2nd GMC.  The 1st was a 1 ton dually.  I swear every time I cranked that 454 up I could the see the gas gage move Huh .  Now I'm in a 1998 hightop Safari,  a much smoother ride.

What's your Doddles name?

Jewellann & Queenie, a untrained watch Chihuahua aka Fat Possum Big Grin

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome, I appreciate it!

The doodle's name is Zero. And don't get on my case, he came with that name long story.

My truck was given to me by ex#3 and her new beau, I guess she felt guilty or something, worked for me! It's not the ideal setup but like most of us we had to start with what we had.

Ok, I'll try some pics, no guarantees.[Image: 809dac224d3af3bcbf5b175fac108e54.jpg]

Its a great little site. When I got here 15 days ago didn't have any neighbors within eyesight, now there are about 10 rigs scattered about. A bit windy now and again but the tarp (recent purchase) has passed with flying colors.

Because of the trees I was able to rig the tarp independently of the truck so I'm able to drive off without having to undo anything, real bonus.

I'm camped off Olgiby Rd. near Yuma. If you google 'Tumco CA' I'm just 2 miles south of there.
