Help making my Avatar small enough - Nissi - 10-06-2017
I am able to make my avatar 100 x 100 or smaller, but I am not able to
get it to 25 kb...
Any help or advice?

It has now posted the attachment here, but not in the above post
Really confused...
Anyway...... this one is 100 x 67 and 98.3kb

there is an attachment/picture bug that is said to be fixed with the next software update

When I download it, it says it's 19.3KB, so it should work as an avatar. Try again?

Hi Nissi! Don't know if this will help but just washed you pic through photoshop and made it a little smaller in file size. Figured I'd give it a shot.

i changed the avatar settings to 150x150 50kb,see if it works

Well... I tried it, but it said the same as listed above.
Then I even tried a different pic and it said the same thing!
