34 days - Ddarnell - 05-01-2019 I went and dumped today. Had 2/3 lit on grey tank. 4/4 on black for 6 days but still had a bit of room i believe. 55 gallons of water and ran out this morning. (40 gallon tank + 3 buckets) Filled/emptied march 28th. Perddy good if i do say so. RE: 34 days - B and C - 05-01-2019 Darn good. I can only go 14 before the black tank is full. RE: 34 days - Blacktank - 05-01-2019 did you toss the paper down there? if so what type RE: 34 days - Ddarnell - 05-01-2019 Nooo too scared. Prolly wouldnt go near as long either. RE: 34 days - Abnorm - 05-01-2019 That's a BIG van...……….. RE: 34 days - Ddarnell - 05-01-2019 Yep shes 29ft RE: 34 days - rvpopeye - 05-01-2019 TP: The one I use is the regular Scott 1000 single ply. But you can test any to see if it is OK to use . The RV stuff if a total scam. Put some cold water in a jar , add TP in your fave amount . 1) If you sit still a lot do this one ...Let sit for several hours/days , does it disintegrate ? OR if you drive often (at all ?) 2) Gently shake , the amount of shakes till it disintegrates is how suitable it is. Less is best. If it just turns to a ball of glue , try again. RE: 34 days - rvpopeye - 05-01-2019 Forgot baby wipes for when none of the above is the only option. RE: 34 days - RoamerRV428 - 05-02-2019 you did well. we love getting the longest we can out of our tanks! we have large tanks on our toyhauler. 3 people using 1 ply TP in black, we got 4 days and dumped but I believe we also had a smidge more room in there LOL grey is tough for us. even 3 Navy showers and 'can't trust kid to truly conserve like we older ones do'....we got 3 days before hubby had to blue tote it to the dump station on grey. what we loved about Georgia state parks, at least the one we were in, they had 'grey drains' situated along the roads in the campground. hubby only dragged blue tote just a small way to dump grey into the drain instead of having to go the longer distance to the true dump station. We liked that about this park
