Very interesting development....Invitations sent to current users for invite only add on for $599 and $30/month for 50GB mobile data.(in addition to the residential base service plan coverage in USA only. 12volts
Anybody get the invite and popping for one ?

Mini: update on plans.
There is now a roaming plan for $50 a month for 50GB and a buck per GB for over 50GB.
(No other plan needed .) The antenna is still $600 (+ ~$50 for tax etc.)
It also sounds like there will be a power hardware update coming soon . (type C)

Starlink still has the Roam $50/50GB/month plan plus the cost of antenna+router $600 up front and now a mini-me antenna for about half the cost of the other one.
Satellite works everywhere with a clear view of the sky but weather can be an issue.
You can pause service too.
Also I recently saw that T mobile is trying to compete with their Away device.
IMO it's basically a hotspot (requiring cell service to work 5G /4 LTE so no antenna needed but an optional one is available for ~$100). (just get it you'll be far far away from one when you realize you need it )
But it's free up front like a cable box and you return it when leaving .
You can pause but restrictions (two periods of up to 90 days and a $10 a month fee while paused.
Starlink is still the pirate approved choice for the Black Olive ! YMMV
