Yeah.. actually, I am just going to take a bunch of projects out to the QZone and work on them there.
I have a solar array to re-design (moving the controller board down off the wall), some paint touch up, fridge ventilation, re work the clothing storage area, sort through kitchen stuff, re organize the things.. you know, stuff you don’t necessarily want to do in full view of Nosy HOA neighbors.. lol
And likely we will have to pack up and move again in a month or two anyway— after the management company and their ridiculously invasive mandatory “inspection” where they claim to be looking for ’water damage’ but are blatantly taking photos of our office area, the bed, the contents of our walk-in closet…everything.. even toiletry items in the bathroom.. And NEVER did they ever look where water actually exists- like under sinks, or near the w/d… nor did they check appliances or fixtures.. eye-roll. It was a horrible and stressfull exercise. Blatant violation of privacy. Absolutely hate trying to find a new place and hate moving, but will be nice to not be under the thumb of militant-Karen property managers…
Between that and all the Dr appointments and all the other straws on my camel… I am white knuckling my way through the heat-enforced house arrest season.. looking forward to feeling air and seeing sky.and maybe getting some projects done.

Awww..
Was waiting at a light, and saw- I believe- a 1957 Pontiac.. rolling up towards me in the facing lane. Gorgeous thing.. well cared for.. so, I stuck my arm out the window and gave him an appreciative and heartfelt Thumb Up.
And danged if he didn’t return it, with a grin, as he drove past..

Took a little bit of out of box thinking.. but now we have 12v pump driven running water! Yay!!!
Hardest part was mounting the toggle switch.. (don’t have the ‘cabinet depth’ to do it standard..)
So I found a 4” ceiling fan bracket that the switch shaft fit through perfectly, and bent it to fit. And the other side protects the wiring connectors from getting smacked (think a square U shape with the switch going through the bottom of the U)
And it lights up purple- lol
Chose a deadman/aircraft style to make Offing it easier..
Each step is a step closer…
Next big project will be an exterior dumpable gray tank.. but that is a project for maybe next year…

She got a nice oil and filter change yesterday, topped fluids, and checked tire pressure… plenty of love…
And so of Course… this morning, she decided to gonk her ignition switch.. turn key- 1st ‘click’ accy works.. 2nd click no click.. complete free turn and no ignition. Booo
Oh well, this is what emergency funds are for.. right?
