You need to get CCleaner, Lady, and let it clear your cache and registry!!

Make sure you only download the free version!!

Once it's done d/l'ing, click on the .exe file and follow the prompts. The last prompt should be to open the program. Once open, close all your other programs, then bring up the ccleaner again... click the "Registry" icon on the left hand side... when that opens, there will be an "Scan for Issues" button at the bottom, click it and let it run.... might take a few minutes. When it's complete, click the "Fix selected Issues..." button and a box will pop up asking if you want to backup the changes, click yes. Another box will open and you'll click SAVE. Then click the "Fix All Selected Issues Button" and then "Close". Once that's done, click on the "Cleaner" icon on the left hand side. On this one, you'll want to go to the browser you use the most (for me it's Chrome which is on the second tab) and click off everything except cache and history. Then click the "anayze" button at the bottom... this might take a bit as well... When it's done, click on "Run Cleaner". It will say it's gonna permanently delete files and you'll say yes (I do this once a week and have never had a problem). Once done, close down the program and restart your machine. It should act a lot better!!
