I didn't look at the list, and I'm not suggesting this, but on one board where I was a mod we had a plug-in called "Coventry." It was a very mean way to deal with assholes. When you put someone into Coventry everything would work as normal for them, they had no idea. But no one (except the mods) could see their posts. It was as if everyone on the board had you on ignore. After a little while the person would really start freaking out because no one would answer them. Watching a trouble maker slowly starve for attention was kinda painful...but it worked.
