Thanks, folks.

How quick can it close?     Can you be on the road ahead of winter?    

Being as it's a sophisticated real estate buyer he's got it all lined up to close by Sept 30th...so pretty quick.

I've decided just to get new tires and brakes and get out of Bozeman. I'm at a motorcycle rally now and one of the guys is an old school diesel wrench who lives in Texas. He's going to work on finding someone there to do my motor swap this winter. I'm going to try to make it to Denver for the Rocky Mountain Audiofest Oct 7th. Be fun to show up there as there's a bunch of people I've known for years in the audio business. I'll be the one in sweatpants and flip-flops.

The off to Big Bend in Texas for another motorcycle rally. My mechanic buddy, Dave, will be there and, hopefully, he'll have lined up a motor swap mechanic. I'm hoping to get that done and do Slab City for New Year's Eve, then off to Q for YARC camp. Maybe poke my nose into the RTR as I've not been before.
