a pan is a pan in truth. I have/had both and in the end, they all work fine to me LOL
but that is me HA
I love a 'new pan' that is cheap and new when the old crap pan gets torn up a bit, but the cast irons I got won't do that but darn I love the lightweight easy clean and for less than $20 per year I can change them out any time I want ya know and mine go longer than a year on non stick regular pan so??
