So, I don't know how many noticed the outage yesterday. It was a problem at the hosting site with their servers. When you tried to go to this webpage, it would download a file instead (like index.php or download.php). The files were harmless, but the page would not load.
It was fixed, but it wouldn't work for me until I cleared cache. Please spread the word if you hear from someone still struggling with logging in.
