I took my thinnest cut off wheel, and cut the frozen roll pin, in order to remove through glass hardware.

Only then coukd i tap out the three pieces of roll pin with oinch and hammer without fear of breakjng glass..

I just use stainless steel cotter pins to hold it back together.

Once you can pivot window up, away from door above 90 degrees or so, the interlocking c hinge, will release the top of the window. Be ready for that window weight. Both hands.

The rubber gaskets sandwiching the hole in the glass are likely cracked and brittle.

Have a plan to replace them before reassembly. Bike innertube, rubber washers at ace hardware, ect.

If you do not want to remove the hardware which goes through glass, you got to take door panel off,
Fully remove the 3 screws holding latch to door. There is a threaded plate on the inside of door which will fall perhOs be stuck. Mine were super crusty i had to work screws very slowly a quarter turn, then retighten, wire brush the threads on inside, q tio some pb blaster penetrating fluid on them, try again.

The screws are stainless, stainkess screws, depending on which alloy they used, is a fairly soft metal and can gall(get atuck), and if that happens,...curse fest.

Go slow, if it starts getting tighter, stop, reverse, lube, wire brush, pray to mechanical gods.
