Battery ,alternator and engine block to chassis is a good plan . There is probably/possibly/hopefully some braided ground straps between the body and engine . (You might get away with just the alternator to frame ., but the rest is for future proofing of gremlins. Extra points for having them all at the same place. Anywhere you see a ground already might help to be re-done.
You can get a tube of NoAlox in the electrical dept of places like Homie D , Low Chance , Menhards , FixIt Good etc.
It will enhance the connection and prevent oxidation . Use it on the shiny new place(s) you make for the grounds and worry not of the sweat. Waiting for dark and cooler may be an option ? Don't forget the battery terminals and computer case.too..
