I'm still in Florida.....long waiting on a replacement/certified birth certificate from New York State..........RealID

I'm enjoying the hot weather and the cold springs..................

I think I'll glue a ""Flush Valve"" to the underside of the van/wheel well.......maybe that would fool the LTVA re: holding tanks ?

I broke my rear door window........I'll need a new YARC sticker

the reason i went with an rv,the licensing and regulations and the perception that living in a vintage rv is cool but in a van is homeless
wanted to go vintage step van but starting out all legal skipped a few headaches

not planning to stay at rv resorts unless they are paying me and the small ones only care about your money so non issue for me

Where are you that you are getting to sit in the cool springs? I love the beautiful clear spring rivers of Florida. Wish I was there too!

Seems we will be sitting at a body shop I don’t know how many days in Albuquerque getting a few things accomplished.

Pay camp at State Parks Alexander, Juniper, Manatee Springs....about $25.......

Boondock alot at a boat launch on the Swannee just outside Manatee SP (maybe illegal).........

pay camp at private Otter Springs....(they're building a first-class Veteran Rehab Facility on the property).....about $30

Day camp in the Ocala National Forest at WildCat Lake......swim in 72* clear spring fed lake water(and cell/hotspot coverage)

The Forest Service has decided to use MY lake to put out a Fire !!!!

..........Or any number of Day-only spring parks.......most $4.50.......some only $2

When in Brevard County I like the Patrick Air Force beaches just a minute south of Cocoa Beach........
They have cold water showers for the surfers/beach bathers.........splash in the ocean and later "descreitly": soap up in plain sight

I stayed overnite "next-to-the-dunes" in the Florida Panhandle.......a town called Carrabelle.......Signage indicated it was deeded to the Town by the developer next door.........NO prohibited signs so I stayed

The salt spray coated my screen door in the morning

Abnormal, good to hear from you again.  Cool

With the better cargo trailer companies, if they know you are going to mount a rooftop air conditioner, they can put double roof supports on either side of it to handle the weight.

I was planning on getting a cargo trailer with a roof that can be walked on.

That was a thought provoking post.

I think any park that will keep me and my home built rig is just obviously snooty idiots who think they will get more Prevosts, .... but on the other hand I want any Park I stay at to keep out the meth heads and the noisy bros. All a matter of perception.

My worst camping experiences have been due to no class people having a party at their campsite and being really loud until 4am.

I may find that when I do want a park, I want a mid range park as well.

I see your point.
