Hey gang! Sorry I've been absent so long! All rumors about my disappearance are probably true. While I work very hard to always put a positive spin on life, sometimes it still gets the best of me! Lots of sickness and death in family and friends has me running around the state on my good weekends, and the bad weekends... well it's just hard to get out of bed to go pee! Big thanks to Gary, Cammy, and GotSmart for always checking up on me!
My van is finally fixed. It was the "computer" but I have a beautifully clean transmission that will last a long time now! I'm very ready to get started on the build again, but health and finances rule so we'll see!
I'm going to try to use Tapatalk for the forum to get in here more often, but apparently there's a learning curve and I ain't getting it!

Welcome back. Folks were getting worried.
Take care of yourself first, don’t forget that. Like on an airplane you put on your oxygen mask first so you can survive and help others.

Thats right, if you are wiped out you’re no good to anyone else. There’s a balance yes but you
Still have to watch out for yourself since nobody else is.
Glad the computer issue is resolved and having a sound tranny is a huge thing!

Congrats! Glad to hear that is behind you....major step forward.
Now, take care of you! And when you are able to come back and work on the van...we all look forward to seeing the van build pictures.

Always good to see a familiar face pop back in! Sorry to hear you are going through a rough patch, an extended one at that. Must mean you have an extended stretch of good times coming your way!

HELLO BELINDA I WAS WONDERING JUST THE OTHER DAY WHAT YOU WERE UP TO. I'M GLAD YOU'RE BACK.
A FILL AND FLUSH PLUS A TRANNY COOLER IS IN THE FUTURE OF THE SAFARI. I WONDER IF IT EVEN NEEDS A COOLER ON THE TRANNY?

If it has a bed, curtains, a pee can and a cooler it is built isn’t it? Glad to hear it is up and running and hope you are too. I’ve wondered about you a bunch, too.
I'm not lost. I'm exploring.

Thanks for all the welcome backs! It's amazing how fast the time goes! It doesn't really feel like I haven't checked in in a while... I just looked up and it's the middle of July. Last I remember anything it was the end of March. And, yes, Snik! Bed, curtains, pee bucket and cooler... I'm ready to roll ;-)
I'm headed to KC this afternoon for another funeral so might be a day or two before I get back here. Y'all enjoy the day!!
