My little dog has the air rights to the magic circle!
Maybe Brian can load her on a drone?

Yes the CRVL forum has lots of utopian charts about existing on $500 a month, and has even deleted a thread by RVpopeye about rebuilding after his rig fire. CRVL has deleted threads about uber-cheap life, for example there was a discussion about living off the land in a box made of foam to live completely carbon neutral which CRVL deleted. After losing threads and getting modded, I began to download pages of threads I started and threads singing out of tune. Really wish there was an auto-archive browser extension that can save text and images of every webpage you visit, as well as a one-click tool to download all public posts on a internet forum.

I did earn my CDL, and lining up a job with a good trucking company so I can start working to live on September 7th. I'm avoiding companies with names that have been made into derogatory acronyms like Swing Wide Its a Freaking Trailer & Cant Really Shift Today. If a trucking company has it's name made into more than one derogatory acronym...

I drove for many in my driving career. I think just about every outfit has some sort of derogatory acronym but that's just because truck drivers have a lot of thinking time on their hands. Which one are you considering? I started out with Schneider and when I retired I had signed on with a total of 11 companies. Mostly owner operator as I bought a truck 6 months after getting my CDL. The best ones were the dedicated route outfits. B&W Interstate from Fenton Mo to Iowa City Ia one round trip a day Monday thru Friday and optional Saturday. CWS one round trip from Wentzville Mo to several stops in Texas between McAllen and Laredo took 4 1/2 days and you got 2 1/2 days off. Those were actually fun as you got to see the same people on each end and developed a good working relationship and you knew how much money you would make before hand. By far the best outfit was Riverside Transport. If you are looking to get your own truck and don't have the money to finance one out they are a great way to do the "dreaded" lease purchase. They have a different method that actually works. Everything is based on cents per mile so if you don't roll you don't make a payment. Their main terminal is in Kansas City but I ran out of the smaller one in Owensboro Ky. Did very well with them and was always scoring additional money for different tasks like taking drivers to different locations on my way to a pickup or doing a test ride with new drivers or locating abandoned equipment etc. I had a great time driving and if for some reason I needed to go back I'd sign up with Riverside in a heartbeat but I was happy to retire. Best of luck in your new career.
