The one I have is the Walmart plan. Does that make a difference? Unfortunately, there's no simple way to check the bandwidth used. They have an app, but no other (apparent) way to check.

You can check your balance online at .com but it seems to be offline more often than on

There have been a couple of glitches but overall , I'm happy using the ST hotspot.
Tethering to your phone is about the only other option IMO....? .
