I have a Danby here at the house the doesn't have a freezer (beer fridge). Would not be good to build into anything as the skin is the condenser. It needs airflow on the sides.

I had the Frigidaire version of that in my big truck for years. It had a locking door to keep things from sliding around and knocking the door open. I also got some really thin gauge aluminum angles and cut them to fit the glass shelves and did the double sticky foam tape. That helped keep everything secure inside. Never had any issues with it at all.
