It is another MVNO (reseller) that doesn't roam. I put in a zip code that I know to be a roaming area and no coverage. I'll stick with my Verizon post paid and AT&T Mobley. Costs more but better coverage. You get what you pay for. If stuck in one geographical area, it might be a good fit.

Ask them what the limitations are.  The cheapest ones seem to provided only limited time and data.
