Anderson powerpole connectors are a proven reliable connector. One other connector I’ve looked at for portable solar panels is trolling motor connectors. They have a wire pigtail so splice in. And the female connector mounts almost flush on a surface.  Is there a flush mount adapter for Anderson powerpole connectors? Ive don’t have firsthand experience with trolling motor connectors but they look interesting.
