My shoulder is jacked up, but I did get my "bed" made! Ha!
I fits! But just barely really. I didn't close the door the first time I checked the length.
The foam was thicker than I remembered, so I only used 1 layer of it.
Also, I measured my refrigerator, and I can take it with me and it will fit on the level part at the back if I want. I'm undecided though. An ice chest on the front seat might be easier or even moved to the tent once set up.

I've found cutting foam rubber cleanly, to be a frustrating task, in the past.
I now use a freshly sharpened long chefs knife, and then applied a layer or 3 of car wax to it to reduce friction. Otherwise the foam rubber tries to cling to the side of the blade.
An extra set of hands to pull the cut foam away from the blade side works too, but its hard to get a straight cut

Just a tip:
I have a double-edged bread 'saw'....works great for cutting foam, any kind of foam, thick or thin, soft or rigid...very similar to this one on Amazon:

There might even be one in your kitchen!

I used an electric knife. I won't say it was straight but good enough for sure. It was definitely a struggle with the whole topper...my shoulder is really paying for it.

Cool....what I loved about a super small space is the ease of it all for shorter getaway trips ya know.
I mean I am a minimalist type anyway, less is way more to me and seeing that vid the woman got 'all she needed' for a few good days out on the road. I wouldn't mind it but I gotta deal with me and hubby, no way in that tight of space for 2 of us but for just me, yea I could handle it for sure. Have home on wheels, hit the road any moment ya want! Love your pics on your bed!
Here in this video I like the drawer system and how it pulls out for table to support camp stove.
Small spaces, people can get so genius for sure.

I hear you. No way would I want to share that space with the RAV. I do have a popup tent that I will set up a kitchen in, but very simple kitchen. I'm planning an overnight when I get things sorted, but my first time I'm not bringing the tent or items to cook with. I'll have my food already cooked so I can take it in stages. The fridge fits, but still not sure I'll bring it. I would need a good medium size cooler I think. Something that can sit on the front passenger seat.
The heat will be my biggest enemy. Luckily I have several small fans, one is rechargeable.

Definite smart move. Shorter trip. Easy food supply and work out the kinks. Sure ya dont wanna bring the tent for a stand up needed space maybe? bring it and not use it is good but need it and don't got it...lol.....yea the fridge can come in another time, this is a good shake out the bugs and see ha ya manuever in your new digs.
How fast do ya think you can get out on the road to try this out....I for one can't wait to hear about your first adventure!

The fridge is good for when a trip is longer than 1 load of ice. The hassle of getting just the right amount of ice, and keeping food out of melt water, increases as the square of the number of days out. True fact I just made up.
