bLEEps magical recipes...
#1
As requested. This will be super fun and totally rad because I will share how I am staying pain and depression free with cannabis (and Kratom) while living in and with Bertha.
The chocolate:
Start with a high quality bittersweet chocolate, preferably in chip or chunk form. About two pounds...
Add chocolate to a heavy duty zip bag. Add cannabis infused butter to bag.
Seal bag
Add bag to crockpot with water on high.
Melt.
Dump into a small non stick pan.
I add pretzels. I am going to try nuts as well, might even do a fully nutritional granola type food for backpacking.
Allow to cool.
Eat and enjoy.

To make a proper infusion is one of the most important portions of my ability to make the super power edible herbal remedies. To just dump an ounce in some batter will not good brownies make. The particular chemicals I am interested in for this recipe are THC, THCA, CBD, CBDA and a few others. So, take about thirty grams dried cannabis flowers or trim or shake from the harvest. Often one can acquire very high quality product from a distributor through buying the trim or shake, and it is already pretty well ground up so less work there. Ok, VERY VERY important. Decarb your flowers....
There are many ways to do this. You want to get, and hold the cannabis at about 250F, not sure of Celsius, google knows. One hour at 250F. The best way in my opinion and successful is to put product in a sealed mason jar and pressure cook. THC become available at around 250F, this happens automatically when smoked. Your flowers should look golden brown now. Grind said flowers. Add flowers and 500 grams unsalted butter to a crock pot. 2/3 full distilled H20, cover, low heat at least 2 hours. If you have shore power, more is better. Always LOW and slow.
Allow to cool and strain troug cheesecloth into a bowl, squeezing as much butter as possible out. Allow bowl to chill. Butter will go solid. Remove butter and use. I use 1/2 of what remains of one pound for most of the recipes I will share.
