It Cost How Much???
#1
Camilla and I went out to Denny’s for Vets Day breakfast. I was not that hungry, so I asked about a small loaded hash brown.  I was told it was on the menu.

WRONG!!!

We had 5 minutes to get to her appointment so I didn’t pay much attention to the bill.

Sixteen dollars for two rubber eggs and a small hash brown with gravey and ham.

I got slammed in a grand style.
Compared to parenting, Cat herding is less complicated

That SUX! You made me wonder, what are they charging for their Grand Slam breakfasts now days? Many Moons ago they used to be about three bucks.
The Captain and Crew Finally got their stuff together.
Now if they can only remember where they put it.   Rolleyes

I've never had a decent meal at a Denny's, and one time, I got food poisoning. Never. Ever. Again.

Cracker Barrel all the way... Some folks don't care for Cracker Barrel so there is always Waffle House or Huddle House. Is IHOP still around? Or Perkins?

I love a good French Toast breakfast... with bacon of course. Bacon makes everything taste better including bacon.

We scored some nice yellow Texas toast at the food share. I wish we could find some fresh eggs .... French toast sounds awesome!!! There is a place in Florence on 101, a yellow house looking building that is a tiny restraint known for pies. They make a French toast from homemade cinnamon raisin bread thick sliced with local, hand made blackberry sauce.... heavenly Smile
