It would basically become a Mad Max world and the first casualties are the weak, disabled and older people.
I dated someone who strongly identified with anarchy once.
During the 2 months we were together, he got a parking ticket for parking frontways in a back-in only area. He knew it was back-in only, he just didn't feel like doing so. He also thought it would be hilarious to drive my van extremely slow for no reason during a stretch of road where other cars couldn't pass us. He thought my upset was funny until I explained to him the concept that I'm living in my van, my van is very recognizable (ol' blue, RIP) and if one of those drivers lived nearby then my safest area to sleep in would be compromised.
Apparently the concept of consequences hadn't really occurred to him. Moving from town to town you don't feel the payback for being a jerk as much. He at least sobered up around me after that but last I heard he's still learning the hard way.
