So it begins...... Battery spot welder
So the UPS truck rokks uo, and  i meet the driver at the end if the driveway.
The cardboard box is disintegrating, ripped,  ounctured, torn, holes everywehre there was not packing tape.
Driver asks  I wish to refuse Delivery.
Nah, I say.

I carry box to garage sideways, and a wheel falls out of the box.
Hmm hope there are 3 others inside.

There were.
I thought perhaps the knee pads had self ejected from torn box,
but then discovered what i tbought were the elbow pads, were the knee pads, and the elbow pads were nestled within them.

Pretty useless add ons. they'd do little to nothing if worn and one were to fall on them.

I assembled the board, for grins, and pushed it around a bit.

The pneumatic wheels do absorb bumps nicely,  but compared to urethane wheels, have little glide. Max PSI is 35. Quality tires in this size allow 50psi.  Not sure where these are, my compressor  is in lonely  unregistered  used van several miles away.

Today, I made a lot of noise, and  aluminum dust.
Put 10mm axle.into drill, spin max rpm, held flap sander in angle grinder, to it to make round,  and reduce diameter to fit inside kayak cart crossbar.

JBweld sbould be  curing as i type, but 24 hour  cure window makes tomorrow kayak outing a bust.anyway, but i could use shit wheels and other scupper cart if required.
hmmmm.

The new axleshafts will have  wheels located at a 6+ inch wider track width, for far more  Kayak stability.

Ball bearings and pneumatic wheels for a much better, lower rolling resistance  ride.
The 10S battery and new ESC, should allow at least 20 mph,, and 50% more range.

Fiona is going to need doggles, and a scarf.
