Starlink still has the Roam $50/50GB/month plan plus the cost of antenna+router $600 up front and now a mini-me antenna for about half the cost of the other one.
Satellite works everywhere with a clear view of the sky but weather can be an issue.
You can pause service too.
Also I recently saw that T mobile is trying to compete with their Away device.
IMO it's basically a hotspot (requiring cell service to work 5G /4 LTE so no antenna needed but an optional one is available for ~$100). (just get it you'll be far far away from one when you realize you need it )
But it's free up front like a cable box and you return it when leaving .
You can pause but restrictions (two periods of up to 90 days and a $10 a month fee while paused.
