Well, they certainly went first cabin on it. Anybody notice the toilet is a very expensive composting style? At least it looks to be.

^indeed. I thought it's a pretty good deal. Probably needs a fair bit of rubber bits replaced in the suspension, but I reckon it's probably been run just enough to keep the moving bits in good shape.

On the other hand, when they decide it's not stealthy enough to go unnoticed kinda tells you something about old vans.

It's like parking a stock deuce coupe at the Walmart parking lot and expecting it not to be noticed.  Once upon a time there would have been a million of them...  but times change... and that it's a classic doesn't go unnoticed.

the only accessory you need is a 12v wireless hotspot broadcasting "KGB Van hotspot" or "NSA Van hotspot" or "GRU Hotspot" or something like that.
