Yup unless you have giagantic beans and small holes... Nah..
The induction cook top is really great for the things I used to always burn. Rice and boiled eggs. My cook top has a built in timer and a very low setting. I get perfect eggs and rice every time. I don't know about beans though.

Have y'all tried adding a pinch or so of ground ginger to the beans? I used to get social repercussions from beans & ginger solved that. Just to cooking water; it doesn't add any flavor the beans.

My Mother overfilled a pressure cooker with beans....it did not end well. She never touched another pressure cooker and I never got to try one until I was a adult. Believe me when I say that her cooking could have benefited by using one.
