i like the trail 125,didnt know they made them, the supecubr has a retro euro look,1950's paris, audrey hepburn, honda commands a premium i dont have, the old ones cost about as much as the new

my rv door is in the rear, would be a trailer hitch swing away carrier so needs to be light, would prefer larger diameter wheels so wouldnt be squarely doing 40 on the backroads to the store

as usual i will take what comes at the right time for the right price

but a honda would be real nice

1950's Paris and Audrey Hepburn, you might be thinking of an Italian Vespa. That was the European scooter at the time.
Interestingly, the Vespa logo is not visible in this image where it should be. Vespa may have refused to make a payment, when they knew that everyone would know it was a Vespa.

And the film would have been "Roman Holiday", set in Rome.

Paris and Audrey Hepburn would be 1963's "Charade". Hepburn's character was older and married. No Vespa riding in that film.

I admire your taste in films.

This little Freedom Scooter is so approachable and UN-intimidating, that a friend of mine who has ridden bicycles, but NEVER in his entire life ridden any kind of scooter or motorcycle, wanted to try it.

After a little bit of instruction he was taking loops and figure 8's around the local empty parking lot!

He laughed and enjoyed it. But he said....he's gonna stick to 4 wheels!

Fuel mileage on the second 'tankful' (0.8 gallons) was 69.4 mpg....and the new windshield is on and looks decent I think...especially for $25!

I'm telling the folks who ask about it, it's my new 'baby harley'!

Cool
