Ooo goodie. ( :/ )
Looks like I get to take the dash apart again and try to refurb my headlight switch.. it doesn’t always do the headlight-thing.. it blinks out and I need to jiggle/twist the knob and hope it stays on….
I know what I am doing this weekend…. Lol. (Tools, nimble fingers, and some deoxit.. ready-Go!)

Ahh.. the joys of vehicle ownership…. Been fighting the two pass-side door locks since day 1.. got the front one to l/ul with the fob.. and Sometimes with the key.. but the barn door - NOPE
Replaced barn door actuator a while back.. pfff nothing.. so just replaced the terminally gummed up cylinder- hoping that might be the problem……
le sigh.. nope
On the plus side- I replaced both lock cylinders so I can now l/ul both doors easily with the new key… ??♀️

Sorta kinda.. in that now I don’t have to open the front passenger door and reach behind the front seat and pull the aftermarket wire that goes down to the knob- to unlock the dog loading door…now I can just use a key.
95% of the time it just goes ‘wrrrreerrrrr’ but doesn’t trip the lock mechanism. It is more likely to work in Cold weather (which is odd if the latch were gummy) and, as I have now replaced both the stuck cylinder and the actuator and rods.. I am kinda stumped..
