Hence my trying to help him with my post about what happens when you get everything you want. I doubt he ever read it, or is too much of a control guy to get control is the worst illusion in life you can buy into.

He is being targeted, for a take over and I tried to point that out too. But it got diverted and as he never chimed in it was doomed to continue off track. If we ignore the problem it will just go away said no survivor ever.

Twice is my limit. I honestly like the guys vision, and while a little utopian, someone has to produce petrol, I think at his core he is probably a great guy.

I sometimes feel sorry for Bob as the CRVL forum grows so fast and many times it must be like herding cats,,,,,lots of cats,,,,,,some pissed off and some scaredie ones.
On top of that is time  making some very informative YT vids too.
I don't think he ever thought it would grow so big and so fast.
I think he earns every penny he makes.
 
He's a good man underneath the management responsibility aspect.....
(I do wonder if he might just enjoy it here as much as we do ?
A nice place to decompress from the constant stress + worry of capsizing?)

 I think the size is a good thing though as a support group.
I've seen many be helped by someone close by in the years I've been there !

I'm still keeping the YARC alive there but it's only me posting lately...............

  Maybe we scared some of the New B's away from YARC?  I will admit that there are times when I haven't followed the thread  for a few days and when I'd check it to see what was going on I'd be saying What? What?  What? and I knew everyone there too.

     A part of my signature at one time was Self Proclaimed Red Neck.  After speaking/greeting/whatever a newbie female part of the response I recieved was  "I'm not a Redneck!  I'm a Christian!"  I'm thinking to myself OKEY DOKEY.  I'm glad I can "multi-task"  I can "be more than one thing at a time". 

 It's a good thing I didn't self proclaim some of my old monikers from the late '70s early '80s.......like...Shady Lady.....faster than a speeding bullet and able to leap tall truckers at a single bound.....If they're too tall she'd just knock 'em over and land on them to break her fall!  

  Hey you used to be able to raise a little hell on the CB without becoming a target for a drive by.  I learned to drive a rig dating a long haul trucker, we often ran with friends and often one of them would start Who is that!  Where are you and where are you going? Then the Shady Lady hunt was on. 

 Another alias of mine was Hot and Juicy......She was a piece of work   Bad speech impediment.......wore combat boots and long skirts.....used to hang upside down from the bridge at the 258 mile marker on I 45 between the Knox fuel stop and Nickerson farms at Palmer TX..........kept trying to kiss the drivers as they went under the overpass & her aim was off because her skirts hung down over her head    

  Some of the regular Dallas to Houston drivers down thru there would always Holler for her when there were drivers new to the area running with them..I wish I had recordings of some of those conversations,  at least they were entertaining.and not a bunch of folks yelling about being "dissed" and other folks Mamas. 

 Maybe we could introduce one of these ladies on YARC........You know that wouldn't be right??

Thanks Gary!  I absolutely enjoy Bob's board and never had an argument with how he ran it because it's his private property(just like this board is yours) and no one l know "appreciates" anyone else telling them what they have to do with their own property.  People that cry out and demand "free speech" are the ones who don't get it!  I always asked on the boards I managed if I could come to their house and say whatever I wanted.  BAZINGA!

It's not anyone else's fault I cuss and talk politics and religion!
